DESCRIPTION: The Southern Cusco offer us challenges to overcome the 5000 meters high with panoramic views of pristine lagoons, for this trek we recommend that the participant practice walking three hours a day before arriving at Cuzco, because this is an expedition where you are going to walk between 7 to 8 hours per day, so you will need a lot of physical effort.
During the trip we can see Andean animals such as llamas, vizcachas, alpacas and vicunas in droves, we will contact Quechua-speaking Andean people getting to know their customs and their religion, economy and way of life in the Andes; it is an encounter with the Apu (mountain considered as the god of the Andean people).
Acclimatization: It is essential that you are well acclimatized to the altitude before beginning the hike. If you are arriving from sea level, plan on spending at least 3 days in Cusco and the surrounding area before starting
* Note: We need a minimum of three people to book the tour.
